Skanska sells leasehold in Stockholm, Sweden, for SEK 75 M

Skanska sells the leasehold Alptanäs 1 in Kista, Stockholm, Sweden to the Hedin Group for SEK 75 M with closing March 2. The leasehold comprises industry and offices properties, with a total area of about 9 000 square meters. The property was built in 1981 as head quarters for Kone AB and was acquired by Skanska in 1999.

Skanska Commercial Development Nordic initiates and develops property projects in offices, logistics, business premises and commercial buildings. The company’s operations are concentrated in the three metropolitan regions in Sweden, the Copenhagen region in Denmark, the Oslo region in Norway, as well as Helsinki in Finland. The development of logistics and volume retail properties is conducted in strategic locations in Sweden and Denmark.
