Södra to begin publishing quarterly reports

As of 2017, Södra will begin publishing quarterly financial reports. The first quarterly report will be presented on 20 April. Södra’s year-end report for 2016 will be published on 17 February.

Södra currently reports its financial results every four months, corresponding to three reports per year. As of 2017, Södra will instead publish quarterly reports four times per year.

This will allow Södra to adapt to the requirements imposed on companies with listed instruments, which apply to Södra since its green bond has been listed on Nasdaq since 2016.

"This change is in line with our ambition to remain open and transparent in our financial reporting, which we develop continuously," said President and CEO Lars Idermark.

Södra’s year-end report for 2016 will be presented on 17 February. Södra’s reports for 2017 will be published on 20 April (first quarter), 19 July (second quarter) and 18 October (third quarter). The year-end report for 2017 will be presented in February 2018.
