Marlow, UK, 26 April 2013 – Last night Softcat took home two awards from the NetApp partner awards ceremony at the Royal Horticultural Halls in London. Hammer PLC’s Andy Emmett presented The NetApp Platinum Partner of the Year award to Martin Hellawell, Sam Routledge, Krishna Keshvara and Richard Wyn Griffith. Chris Barrie, of Red Dwarf fame, presented Ebow Barnes with the NetApp UK Sales Individual award for his outstanding individual sales performance over the past year.

The NetApp Partner Awards recognise the commitment of NetApp’s partners to ‘the pursuit of excellence, innovation and quality’. Softcat has partnered with NetApp for over seven years, helping the partner to deliver its storage solutions to the right markets. NetApp is one of Softcat’s biggest vendors, and the reseller has delivered significant sales growth for its products over the past year in particular.
