SOLSTAD OFFSHORE ASA - FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE 2ND QUARTER 2012

- Operating income for the 2nd quarter was NOK 878 
million, an increase of 29% compared to 2nd quarter 
2011
- Cash flow from operations (EBITDA) in the same 
period was NOK 397 million (NOK 210 million)
- Operating income for the first half of 2012 was NOK 
1,666 million (NOK 1,352 million)
- EBITDA for the first half of 2012 was NOK 685 
million (NOK 458 million)

There will be held a presentation of the 2nd  quarter 
results 2012, on Wedensday 29th August 2012 at 14:00. 
The presentation will this time take place at the oil 
and offshore conference «ONS 2012» in Stavanger at 
the «Press Conference Room» in Hall A, 2nd floor.
