EURO RATE IS SET FOR THE SHARES SUBSCRIBED WITH THE SHARE-WARRANTS
Sotkamo Silver announces that with the share warrants, which was issued in connection rights issue in June 2016, can new shares be subscribed during period 1 August to 31 August. At subscription using share-warrants registered at Euroclear Finland, the set price for each subscribed share is 0.42 EUR / share.
EUR-value against SEK has been resolved based on fixing rate established by NASDAQ Stockholm AB on July 28th, 2016. (1 € = 9,5616 SEK).
