SOTKAMO SILVER HAS PURCHASED THE BLAIKEN CONCENTRATION PLANT

Sotkamo Silver has signed an agreement with Lappland Goldminers Sorsele AB in bankruptcy, to acquire the concentration plant inclusive all equipments from Blaiken. The complete base metals concentrator includes: ore storage and bins, grinding, flotation, pumps, concentrate drying and handling, cranes, conveyors, transformers and removable concentrator building.

Sotkamo Silver's intention is to move plant and machinery to the Company's Silver Mine project in Sotkamo municipality, Finland.

"Technical and legal Due Diligence has now been carried out with positive results. The acquisition give us an opportunity to reduce the capital need of the Silver Mine -project with about EUR 7 M and improve the profitability further”, says CEO Timo Lindborg
