Shares of Sotkamo Silver AB will be processed in the Finnish book-entry system trough the securities processing link. The Company´s securities are foreign securities. However, Euroclear Finland will treat these securities as Finnish securities in the Finnish book-entry system. They charge no additional fees compared to domestic securities.
Those shareowners, which have purchased their shares in Sweden and want to trade their shares in Finland at Nasdaq OMX Helsinki, shall move their holdings to custody in the Finnish book-entry system. They shall contact their Finnish account operator for help in this matter.
The Company has 14 152 631 shares.
