The list below gives an overview of purchases of equity certificates carried out
by primary insiders of SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge in connection with a employee-
program allowing all employees, members of the main board and regional boards to
buy equity certificates at a 30 % discount for an amount up to NOK 100.000,-.

87 individuals have accepted the offer and have been allocated equity
certificates at NOK 20,24. The total number of equity certificates allocated in
