Change in the composition of Sparekassen Faaborg’s board of directors

Faaborg, Denmark, 2012-08-13 21:20 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Instead of the
resigned board members, cf. company announcement numbers 09/2012 and 12/2012,
the below new board members have been elected by the shareholders’ committee on
13 August 2012: 


  -- Mr Bent Lundgaard, Svendborg, former regional general manager of Dansk
     Bank.
No directorships.
  -- Ms Jani Lykke Methmann, Odense, general manager of DS Håndværk &
     Industri.
Directorships:
     - Board member of Avidenz, Rabatportalen and Fællesfonden af 1961.
     - Member of the Danish Safety Technology Authority of the Ministry of
     Business and
       Growth, Denmark.
  -- Mr Henrik Gorm Nielsen, Odense, general manager of Ejendomsinvest. 
Directorships:
     - Board member of a number of companies related to Ejendomsinvest and board
     vice
       chairman of DEB (Trade Association of Property Project Providers in
     Denmark).
  -- Mr Søren Rudolph, Odense, state-authorised public accountant,
     cand.merc.aud.
Søren Rudolph joins as the independent member of the board with special
     accounting expertise. No directorships.

The total board of directors of Sparekassen Faaborg now consists of 9 members
inclusive of 3 employee board members. The employee board members have decided
not to elect a fourth member.
