Change of composition of the board of directors of Sparekassen Faaborg

Faaborg, Denmark, 2012-03-15 19:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mr Otto Spliid,
lawyer, has been elected to the board of directors by the committee of
shareholders instead of Steen Grønved Nielsen, who wishes to resign from the
board. 

Besides being a partner and a lawyer of Focus Avokater P/S in Odense, Otto
Spliid has directorships as board chairman and board member of a number of
companies within various lines of business, primarily companies in Funen. In
addition Otto Spliid is the CEO of From Holding ApS and SLK
Advokatanpartsselskab.

members elected by the staff.
