David Rowlands, Executive Vice President of Multi Client - Mediterranean &
Middle East yesterday afternoon sold 40 000 ordinary shares in Spectrum ASA at a
price of NOK 30 per share.
After the transaction David Rowlands directly holds 90,000 ordinary shares and
85,000 options.
