SPU - Spectrum ASA - Mandatory notification of trade and disclosure of large shareholding

Solan Capital AS, a company controlled by Gunnar 
Hvammen - a board member of Spectrum ASA, has on 17 
August 2012 purchased 382,792 shares at NOK 26,75 per 
share. 

After the transaction Gunnar Hvammen and associated 
companies have a total holding of 2,706,040 shares in 
the company representing approx. 6.9% of the 
outstanding shares.

In addition Solan Capital AS have a total holding of 
NOK 6 mill in the SPU convertible bonds that can be 
converted to shares at NOK 14 per share. 

If the total holding of convertible bonds held by 
Gunnar Hvammen and associated companies are converted 
to shares at NOK 14 per share Gunnar Hvammen and 
associated companies will have a total holding of 
3,134.612 shares in Spectrum ASA.
