Sponda selected Senaatin Notariaatti as property agent of the year
Property investment company Sponda Plc has selected Senaatin Notariaatti as
property agent of the year for 2011. The award is given in recognition of
Senaatin Notariaatti’s strong financial result and general activity in the
industry. This is the fourth time Sponda has awarded the title of property
agent of the year.
In making the announcement, Sponda’s Regional Manager Petteri Säntti pointed
out that Senaatin Notariaatti's good work is personified in Jukka Myyryläinen
and Mats Kuhlefelt, who both have in-depth knowledge of the market and
excellent networks and contacts in the business world.
- We are extremely pleased and honoured by this. Our experiences of working
with the people at Sponda have been very positive, Jukka Myyryläinen said.
Senaatin Notariaatti is an international service provider in the real estate
industry. The company acts as an agent in selling and leasing business premises
and as a real estate developer, primarily in Southern Finland.
- We have been working in this industry for some 20 years. Over the years, we
have developed an in-depth knowledge of the market and excellent contacts with
the business sector and the real estate industry. Our company is strongly
networked with all industry players, including property agents. We keep our
doors open to all types of cooperation, Myyryläinen and Mats Kuhlefelt said.
Property agents are one of Sponda’s key stakeholders, supporting the company’s
rental operations by providing an important channel for creating customer
contacts. Sponda wants to show its appreciation of the role property agents
play in the rental operations by giving this award to one of Sponda’s partners
each year in recognition of successful cooperation.
