SPP Pension & Försäkring AB (publ) (SPP) will not appeal the judgement of Kammarrätten
The board of directors of SPP Pension & Försäkring AB (publ) have today decided not to appeal the judgement of Kammarrätten (Swedish court) of 18 November 2016 regarding the refusal to include the SEK 700 million perpetual subordinated notes ISIN SE 0005731882 in the capital base of the company.
The loan has not been included in the capital base since the original refusal from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (FI) of 5 December 2014. Consequently, todays decision does not affect the solvency ratio of SPP Pension & Försäkring AB (publ) or the Storebrand Group.
