Tuomas Rantsi appointed Account Director in charge of business premise marketing

Tuomas Rantsi has been appointed new Account Director to SRV’s business premise
marketing. Rantsi will strengthen the user marketing of SRV’s project
development unit and he will be charge of business premise marketing and
customer relations. Rantsi will report to Timo Nieminen, Executive Vice
President in charge of Project Development in Finland.

tailoring every premise for each user. Tuomas Rantsi has a gained a vision of
the entire project development process through strong experience. He will be in
close cooperation with our customers ensuring that SRV’s projects meet every
customer’s individual need also in the future”, says Timo Nieminen. 

Rantsi has over 10 years of experience from various project and property
development positions. Most recent position was Project Manager at Sponda’s
real estate development team.

Through strong expertise these projects have turned into beautiful premises,
from which SRV is already known for. It is wonderful to get to be involved in
making the future’s top projects. In the moment we have interesting developer
