Correction of quarterly comparative figures for 2016 and quarterly financials in the 2015 year-end report

Report this content

Corrections have been made to the Group’s quarterly comparative figures in the interim reports for 2016 as well as to the Group’s quarterly financials in the 2015 year-end report. The correction comprises a redistribution of approximately SEK 13 million from the fourth quarter of 2015 to the first three quarters 2015. These corrections do not affect the full-year figures for 2015 or 2016.

As previously reported, SSM recalculated certain previous interim reports due to the reclassification of SSM’s investment properties into project properties in the fourth quarter of 2015. The corrections are based on the fact that the recalculated financials for the fourth quarter of 2015 in the 2015 year-end report also included recalculation effects for previous quarters in 2015. This resulted in errors in the comparative figures in all interim reports for 2016.

The correction comprises a redistribution of approximately SEK 13 million from the statement of comprehensive income for the fourth quarter of 2015 to the first three quarters of the year. No full-year figures for 2015 or 2016 are affected by the correction.

The corrected interim and  year-end reports are available on SSM's website together with a summary in table form of the corrections made. Please find below a link to these documents www.ssmlivinggroup.com/en/financial-reports.
