The Napa Valley Wine Wave is a community-wide attempt to set a Guinness World Record for the longest relay wine toast on Sunday, October 7, 2012, at Charles Krug winery in St. Helena, CA. Wine lovers from around the world are invited to beat the record set by Guangzhou, China in 2011. The Napa Valley Wine Wave is produced by the Kiwanis Club of St. Helena, in partnership with the wineries of Appellation St. Helena, CHEERS! St. Helena and the St. Helena Chamber of Commerce. All event proceeds will go to scholarships for students of agriculture, viticulture winemaking, business and hospitality.
