Change in the number of shares and votes in Starbreeze
STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (28 February 2018) − Starbreeze AB today announces that the number of Class B shares increased by 842,873 and the number of Class A shares decreased by 842,873 in February. The number of votes decreased by 7,585,857.
In accordance with the articles of association Class A shares shall, upon request of the holder of such shares, be converted into Class B shares. In February 842,873 Class A shares were converted into Class B shares, which did not change the total number of shares but reduced the number of votes.
As of 28 February 2018, Starbreeze’s share capital amounts to SEK 6,074,395 distributed among a total of 303,719,737 shares, of which 54,303,742 Class A shares and 249,415,995 Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 792,453,415.
