Change in the number of shares and votes in Starbreeze
STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (31 October 2018) – Starbreeze AB today announces that the number of Class B shares increased by 473,981 and the number of Class A shares decreased by the same number during October due to the company’s ongoing conversion program. The number of votes decreased by 4,265,829.
In accordance with the articles of association Class A shares shall, upon request of the holder of such shares, be converted into Class B shares. In October 473,981 Class A shares were converted into Class B shares, which did not change the total number of shares but reduced the number of votes.
As of 31 October 2018, Starbreeze’s share capital amounts to SEK 6,505,911 distributed among a total of 325,295,554 shares, of which 53,551,881 Class A shares and 271,743,673 Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 807,262,483.
