Stena Match Cup Sweden is a chance for many parts of the Stena Sphere to unite in an event where we can display Stena’s breadth and where everybody can participate to the extent they wish. In addition, a maritime event on the West Coast is well suited to our different business activities. The competition is important for the whole of West Sweden and this is why we believe that it is worth committing to in the future since Stena is a large employer in the Gothenburg region
It gives the competition and us as arrangers long-term security and a good platform to stand on when we continue to develop the event together with Stena and the other partners
After 30 years as President & CEO of Stena Bulk, it is time to hand over to my successor to continue to develop the group’s activities. In future, I will have an advisory role in the Stena Sphere and sit on the boards of Stena Bulk and other Stena companies
