European Commission has closed its investigation in relation to a 
suspected cartel in the publication paper sector

Stora Enso Oyj has been notified today by the European Commission 
that the Commission has closed its investigation in relation to a 
suspected cartel in the publication paper sector. 

The fine paper investigation was closed by the Commission in 
August 2006.
