NEW BOARD MEMBERS IN STOREBRAND BANK ASA

In a meeting held on May 31, 2012, Storebrand Bank ASA's Board of
Representatives elected Stein Wessel-Aas as the Chairman of the Board of
Storebrand Bank ASA and Odd Arild Grefstad as new vice-chairman of the board,
all members of the board were elected for one year.

The current board members, Maria Borch Helsengren, Anne-Kristine Baltzersen and
Eva Kristine Schei, were all re-elected for one year.

Following this the Board of Storebrand Bank ASA consists of the following
members: Stein Wessel-Aas (Chairman of the Board), Odd Arild Grefstad (vice-
chairman), Maria Borch Helsengren, Anne-Kristine Baltzersen, Geir Holmgren, Eva
Kristine Schei , Nils Robert Hodnesdal (deputy), Heidi Storruste (elected by
employees) and Hans-Petter Salvesen(elected by employees, deputy).
