Storm Real Estate ASA - completion of purchase via open market partial tender offer

Aconcagua Management Ltd and Strategic Capital ApS 
completed on 9 January 2013 the purchase of common 
STORM shares via a reversed auction. The offer was 
for maximum 1,000,000 shares at a maximum price of 
NOK 15.75 per share. 

Strategic Capital ApS, controlled by board member Kim 
Mikkelsen, has via the offer purchased 200.000 shares 
at NOK 15.75. Total holding after this transaction is 
1,503,025 shares.

Aconcagua Management Ltd, controlled by vice chairman 
Morten E. Astrup, has via the offer purchased 198,475 
shares at NOK 15.75. In addition, Aconcagua 
Management Ltd has purchased 7,993 shares at NOK 
15.70. After this transaction, Morten E. Astrup 
controls, via managed funds and companies, a total of 
3.377.486 shares.
