Aconcagua Management Ltd, controlled by board member 
Morten E. Astrup, has on 10/01/2013 purchased 602,000 
shares in Storm Real Estate ASA. 500,000 shares were 
purchased from Storm Nordic Fund at a price of NOK 
15.75. In addition, the company has purchased 102,000 
shares at an average price of NOK 15.6881. 

Following this, the number of shares controlled by 
Morten E. Astrup via managed funds and companies, has 
increased by 102,000 and totals 3.479.486 shares.
