SUOMINEN CORPORATION APPOINTS NEW CFO

Suominen Corporation appoints new CFO

Mr Tapio Engström (M.Sc. Econ.) has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and
member of the Corporate Executive Team in Suominen Corporation as of 22nd of
October 2012. He will report to President and CEO Mrs Nina Kopola and he will
be located in Helsinki. 

Tapio Engström is currently CFO of Glaston Corporation. He has previously
worked as CFO in CPS Color Oy, Aspocomp Corporation and Vaisala Corporation. 

The current CFO of Suominen Corporation Mr Arto Kiiskinen has been appointed
Senior Advisor from 22nd of October 2012.
