SUOMINEN CORPORATION’S HEAD OFFICE TO HELSINKI

Suominen’s Board of Directors has decided that as of 15 February 2013, Suominen
Corporation’s head office is located in Helsinki. The head office address is
Porkkalankatu 20 A, FI-00180 Helsinki, Finland. Previously the company’s head
office was located in Tampere. All telephone and fax numbers as well as e-mail
addresses remain unchanged. The change in the location of Suominen’s head
office has no impact on the locations or job descriptions of the employees of
the Suominen Corporation at Tampere.
