Sydkraft sells Sycon; becomes part-owner of largest technical consulting
firm in Scandinavia

Sydkraft is selling Sycon, a wholly owned consulting subsidiary, with
more than 1,100 employees, to Carl Bro AS, headquartered in Copenhagen,
Denmark. At the same time, Sydkraft becomes part-owner in Carl Bro. The

Sydkraft has acquired 4,650,576 B shares, corresponding to 4.03 percent
of the share capital, in the listed Norwegian company Hafslund AS from
Vattenfall. The total purchase price was SEK 174 M.

Following this transaction, Sydkraft holds a total of 23,803,066 A
shares and 6,654,201 B shares in Hafslund. The holding corresponds to
