Talkpool AG acquires the majority of the shares in Talkpool AB

In line with the earlier communicated plan to own the majority in Talkpool´s IoT company Talkpool AB, Talkpool AG has now acquired another 30% of the shares
Talkpool’s parent company Talkpool AG acquires 960 shares, equaling approximately 30%, in Talkpool AB from IT Talks Sweden AB, which is owned by Stefan Lindgren. As payment for the shares, IT Talks Sweden AB will receive 50’819 newly issued shares in Talkpool AG.
Talkpool AB is developing software and hardware for the internet of things with focus on LoRa technology. The company has undergone a transformation from June until November of 2017, and this transformation has paved the way for this acquisition. Costs in Talkpool AB have been reduced while client orders have increased. The company is moving on from performing pilot projects with proof of concept with many clients towards delivering commercial solutions to paying clients.
Following this transaction Talkpool AG reaches a majority ownership with approx. 55.6% of the shares in Talkpool AB.
