From March 1 to April 15, 2013, Rainforest Adventures is offering students of all ages a variety of spring break promotions in each of their adventure parks in Jamaica, St Lucia, Costa Rica and Mexico.

Each Rainforest Adventure Park throughout Central America and the Caribbean is offering discounts and package add-ons, ranging from free zipline rides to 50 per cent off aerial tram tours.

“Our Screaming Spring Break promotion is intended for visitors and students who use their break time for family time,” says Annika Bratt, vice president of sales for Rainforest Adventures. “Our parks are the ideal family fun spot while on vacation. Besides offering thrills and screams for kids of all ages, our interpretive guides will help keep student brains soaking up information about local flora and fauna. There are so many interesting facts about the rainforest that can be learned while on vacation.”

Rainforest Adventures’ Spring Break Scream package add-ons:

  • §  Experience 700 metres of screaming AdrenaLINE fun in Costa Rica: buy an Eco Pass Experience for Rainforest Adventures, Costa Rica Atlantic and receive a free ArenaLINE ride.
  • §  Climb a waterfall in Costa Rica: buy a Tranopy Experience for Rainforest Adventures, Costa Rica Pacific and receive a free Waterfall Climbing Adventure.
  • §  Explore the sky in Jamaica: all students visiting Mystic Mountain Rainforest Adventures Jamaica will receive 50 per cent off the Sky Explorer. This includes unlimited use of the water slide and pool and the hummingbird garden.
  • §  Receive free screams in St Lucia: buy a Rainforest Adventures, St Lucia AdrenaLINE tour and receive a free ‘do over’ on the last three lines. This promotion is only available on Tuesdays, and Friday through Sunday.
  • §  The newest Rainforest Adventures Park location is Hidden Worlds, near Tulum, Mexico. Students will receive an extra zip splash with the purchase of the Hidden Worlds Extreme Adventure package or the Ultimate Adventure package.

For those who prefer to take additional time to experience the rainforest beyond daylight park hours, the Rainforest Adventures Costa Rica Bungalows combine the perfect blend of experience, education and fun. Located in a 475-hectare private rainforest reserve adjacent to Braulio Carillo National Park and 50 Kms (31 miles) from the country’s capital city, San José, the Atlantic Bungalows are available for students at 10 per cent discount, as long as one member of the party can show a valid student ID.

The $155 USD per adult Atlantic Bungalow package includes: one night accommodation (single, double and triple occupancy available); two aerial tram rides; nature walking trails; transportation within the park; multimedia presentation; optional morning birding tour or nature observation; and breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Offers cannot be combined with other offers or discounts and 24 hour advance reservations are required. The Mystic Mountain Rainforest Adventures Jamaica student promotion is not valid as a cruise ship activity.
