TECNOMEN LIFETREE'S NEW SHARES REGISTERED IN TRADE REGISTER                     

In the share issue of Tecnomen Lifetree Corporation on 28th October 2009, a     
total of 677,241 new shares were subscribed for. The shares have been registered
in the Trade Register today. Accordingly, the Company's new number of shares    
amounts to 73,630,977 shares. The share capital of Tecnomen Lifetree will not   
change.                                                                         

The new shares that have now been registered are estimated to be traded on      
NASDAQ OMX Helsinki as of 16 November 2009.
