CHANGES IN TECTIA'S MANAGEMENT

Helsinki, 2012-05-16 15:37 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CHANGES IN TECTIA'S
MANAGEMENT 

Pekka Rauhala, who has been Tectia’s General Counsel, management team member,
and responsible for Americas operations as President of Tectia, Inc., has
resigned to seek new challenges. Pekka Rauhala will continue with the company
until end May and as a Board Member of Tectia, Inc. until the end of 2012. 

George Adams will lead Americas operations during a transition period.
