ACT AT TECTIA CORPORATION 

Tectia Corporation has received the following notification:

1. Issuer of shares

Tectia Corporation, business identity code FI1035804.

2. Shareowners obliged to give notification

Tatu Ylönen and Clausal Computing Oy (2343262-3), which is a company fully
owned by Mr. Ylönen 

3. Reason for notification

Clausal Computing Oy made a public tender offer for all shares and option
rights in Tectia Corporation. Based on the trades resulting from acceptances
received in the public tender offer as of 5 April 2012 the flagging threshold
of 50 % has been exceeded. 

4. Share of the ownership in the company

As of 7 May 2012 Tatu Ylönen’s and Clausal Computing Oy’s aggregate ownership
in Tectia Corporation is 17 724 273 shares representing  58.02% of all shares
and votes. 

Tectia Corporation has currently 30,549,208 shares.
