Teleca Sells Ronneby Office as Part of Restructuring Product Operations

Teleca has announced the restructuring of its product operations. As part of this process, Teleca and Know IT have signed a contract stating that Know IT will take over the Teleca Ronneby office with 25 employees.

Earlier, Teleca announced that there are plans for restructuring the product development in order to strengthen the innovation and lower the development costs. This process of restructuring has involved the intent to shut down the Teleca Mobile part of the offices in Ronneby, Umeå and Stockholm, thereby decreasing the staff by 150 people.

As part of this restructuring process, Teleca has signed a contract stating that Know IT will take over the Ronneby office with 25 employees. The contract also states that Know IT will take over the premises and the supplier commitments related to the Ronneby office. In connection with the takeover, Teleca has placed an order worth approximately five million SEK regarding consulting services from Know IT during the next six months. The order mainly applies to services regarding the finalisation of current customer projects and the transfer of knowledge to other Teleca offices.
