Telelogic strengthens relationship with telecom vendor through add-on license sale Major telecom vendor expands global use of Telelogic Synergy for configuration and change management MALMÖ, Sweden - December 12, 2001 - Telelogic (Stockholm Exchange: TLOG), the leading global provider of solutions for advanced software and systems development, today announced a new license and maintenance agreement with a major Nordic telecom vendor. The agreement, worth more than US$1 million, provides licenses for Telelogic Synergy in the customer's global development organization. Approximately 50 percent of the agreement will be accounted for in 2001; the remainder will be accrued in the first half of 2002. The agreement extends the customer's installed base of Telelogic Synergy for configuration and change management. With Telelogic Synergy, the customer has a best-in class tool for version control and change during the software development process. "This agreement demonstrates confidence in the superior capabilities of our products, such as scalability and support for geographically distributed development teams," said Anders Lidbeck, president and CEO for Telelogic. "Companies today face parallel projects of increasing size and complexity. It is critical to have a well-structured development process that tracks different versions of the software and automatically updates the system and implements changes," Lidbeck continued.
