The Annual General Meeting of Telenor ASA was held on Wednesday 15 May 2013, at the company's head office at Fornebu outside Oslo. All proposals on the agenda were adopted, cf. notice of the Annual General Meeting announced on 22 April 2013. Minutes, voting results and list of attendance from the Annual General Meeting is attached and will also be available on Telenor's website.

Telenor ASA - Issuance of bonds

Telenor ASA has on Monday 13 May issued the following
two bond tranches under the company's EMTN program.

EUR 650,000,000 coupon 2,50% final maturity 22 May
2025
USD 500,000,000 coupon 1,75% final maturity 22 May
2018

Both tranches will settle 22 May 2013.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes
including funding of the announced acquisition of
Globul in Bulgaria.

Telenor to acquire Globul in Bulgaria

Telenor has on 26 April 2013 entered into an agreement
with OTE to acquire Globul, the second largest mobile
operator in Bulgaria. The transaction also includes
Germanos Telecom Bulgaria, which is a retail network
consolidated into Globul. Telenor pays EUR 717 million
for the company on a debt and cash free basis.

Globul has 4.5 million mobile subscribers and a
