Teleperformance Nordic Announces Appointment of Jonas Olsson as Teleperformance Nordic Chief Executive Manager

STOCKHOLM, March 10th, 2017 – Teleperformance, the worldwide leader in outsourced multichannel customer experience management, today announced that Jonas Olsson had been appointed Teleperformance Nordic Chief Executive Manager. Jonas Olsson started the role on March 1, replacing Jonas Berggren who is leaving to “pursuing other interests”.

Jonas Olsson has 16 years of successful experience in contact centre industry. He joined Teleperformance in April 2012 as Teleperformance Sweden Site Director. Within two years, he was appointed Teleperformance Nordic Chief Operation Officer.
