Teleperformance Nordic received Silver medal recognition to its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility
Teleperformance Nordic today announced that its operations in Nordic region: Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway had earned Silver Medal recognition in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) rating of the international rating agency EcoVadis.
EcoVadis, an independent rating agency which specialises in the sustainable development and performance monitoring, has given the Teleperformance Nordic a score that makes them eligible for Silver medal recognition for the company’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and ranked among the TOP 30% of all companies evaluated by EcoVadis.
EcoVadis measures and recognises environmental and social practices worldwide. The agency is helping buyers and suppliers to adopt more sustainable practices. It allows companies to analyse and assess the performance of their business partners in 150 industries and 110 countries. The methodology is built on international CSR standards and includes the Global Reporting Initiative and the ISO 26000. The assessment is based on 21 criteria, and it includes requirements regarding the Labor Practices and Human Rights, Environment, Sustainable Procurement as well as Fair Business Practices.

We were able to achieve the higher score partly thanks to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) initiatives that Teleperformance support.
