Teleperformance Nordic strengthens its nearshore offering and launches ‘The Nordic Experience Abroad!’
STOCKHOLM, October 24, 2016 – Teleperformance Nordic, part of Teleperformance Group, the worldwide leader in outsourced multichannel customer experience management, announced it has expanded its nearshore offering to include Crete, Greece.
The existing Teleperformance facility in Chania, Crete will provide high-quality customer care, customer acquisition and technical support solutions to Nordic clients in Nordic languages such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish.
The initiative referred to as “The Nordic Experience Abroad!” will offer new career opportunities for both current employees and potential candidates based in the Nordic countries to live and work in Crete, Greece.
