TELESTE CORPORATION’S FINANCIAL INFORMATION IN 2013

Teleste will publish its financial information in 2013 as follows:

Financial Statements bulletin for 2012  February 1, 2013
Interim report January - March          April 25, 2013  
Interim report January - June           August 8, 2013  
Interim report January - September      October 31, 2013

The financial statements and interim reports will be released at around 08:30
hours local time on each date. 

Teleste Corporation's Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Friday, April 12,
2013. Teleste's Board of Directors will summon the meeting at a later date. 

Teleste´s Annual Report 2012 will be published in English and Finnish on
Teleste´s website at www.teleste.com during week 11/2013.
