Update on review of future presence in the Spanish market

In the report for the second quarter TeliaSonera stated that it is reviewing its future presence in the Spanish market. Today Jazztel has issued a regulatory filing stating that it is in initial talks with TeliaSonera over a possible offer for our Spanish operations Yoigo. TeliaSonera confirms that it is in talks with Jazztel as well as other parties, as a part of the review.
