Telio Holding ASA has 03 September 2012 sold 100,000 own shares at an
average price of NOK 6.00 per share. The shares were sold as part of
the company`s share option program. As part of the compensation scheme
employees are offered options when they are employed by the company. The
vesting (i.e.also exercise) date of the options granted depends on when
the employee signed the employment contract. After this transaction,
there are 538,900 outstanding options in the company with strike price
from NOK 3.0 to NOK 39.0 (average NOK 15.11). After this
transaction,Telio Holding ASA holds 275,001 own share
