First Riding Centre in the North West of England gets Clubmark
The British Horse Society and the British Equestrian Federation announced Wrea Green Equitation Centre as the latest centre to achieve Clubmark accreditation.
Chris Pollit, Proprietor, Wrea Green Equitation Centre: “We are delighted to become the first centre in the North West of England to be Clubmark accredited. We are proud to show we have the correct procedures to ensure that children feel safe and secure and parents are reassured that Wrea Green Equitation Centre is a safe environment for their children to be in.
“Gaining Clubmark will enable us to promote the centre as being a safe and friendly place with the all correct requirements in place. It’s great that the accreditation comes when we’re celebrating the 30 year of the centre. We hope to ensure the centre continues to develop and cater for the needs of the people in the Fylde coast area”.
Margaret Linington-Payne Director of Standards for The British Horse Society and Clubmark Assessor said: “Wrea Green Equitation Centre produced an excellent Clubmark Portfolio, we hope the accreditation helps the centre to keep delivering enjoyable experiences for young people in Lancashire.”
