The Buller Group, LLC Names Frank Marvin as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development
RESTON, Va., January 14, 2014 – Global human capital services firm, The Buller Group, is pleased to announce that veteran entrepreneur and seasoned executive Frank Marvin will join the team as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. In this role, Mr. Marvin will lead efforts to raise capital, arrange banking facilities, oversee legal and contract matters, and lead merger and acquisition efforts. Mr. Marvin joins The Buller Group from M3COM of Virginia, a government contract and commercial services company, where he served as Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to M3COM of Virginia, Mr. Marvin worked at America Online (AOL) where he reached the level of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer running Business Development and Business Affairs teams for the Marketing, Interactive Marketing and Content Groups. Prior to AOL, Mr. Marvin was the President of SITEL Technology Services Division, formed from a company that he co-founded and sold, which he grew to 2300 employees in five facilities. He was also a managing member of a venture capital and investment consortium as well as a lawyer at Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue.
Mr. Marvin graduated magna cum laude from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with majors in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Economics. He earned his JD at the University of Virginia, School of Law, where he was Editor of the University of Virginia Tax Review.
The addition of Mr. Marvin follows the key hiring of human capital expert Jim Monastero as President of The Buller Group Cleared Human Capital Solutions. Mr. Marvin and Mr. Monastero strengthen the existing management team comprised of Brooke Sepehri, Vice President of Recruiting with over 16 years of human resources experience at Lockheed Martin, and Jay Andre, Vice President of Retention and Advisory Services with a background in executive search and strategic initiatives at Booz Allen Hamilton.
