Stefan Jacobsson declines re-election at the annual general meeting 2018
Stefan Jacobsson, chairman of the Board of Directors in Thule Group AB (publ), has informed the nomination committee that he will not stand for re-election at the company’s annual general meeting on April 25, 2018.
The nomination committee has, in the usual order, started the work on finding a successor.
Stefan Jacobsson has been chairman of the Board of Directors in Thule Group since 2011.
