Lars Wollung to resign from Tieto’s Board of Directors

Tieto Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 2 February 2017, 12.00 EET 

Lars Wollung, a member of Tieto Corporation’s Board of Directors, has announced that he will resign from the Board of Directors as of 1 March 2017.

On 25 January 2017, the Nomination Committee of Nordea Bank AB (publ) proposed Lars Wollung as a new member of Nordea’s Board of Directors. To comply with the regulation on the maximum number of Board assignments, he has decided to leave his position in Tieto Corporation.

The Board of Directors of Tieto Corporation will continue with nine members.
