Tieto appoints Tomi Hyryläinen as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Leadership Team

Tieto appoints Tomi Hyryläinen (M.Sc., Economics) as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a member of the company’s Leadership Team as of February 2019. Janne Salminen, currently Head of Treasury and Group reporting, will take on the role of acting CFO as of 17 July 2018.

Hyryläinen will be responsible for the finance operations of the company, including external and internal reporting, business performance management and capital allocation. He will also be accountable for investor relations, M&A, treasury as well as ICT, procurement and facilities management.

Tomi Hyryläinen has had an over 20-year career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Hyryläinen has gained broad international experience, working both in Sweden and in Silicon Valley, US.
