Tieto’s integrated Annual Report 2017 has been published

Tieto Corporation’s Annual Report for 1 January–31 December 2017 has been published in English and Finnish. The report, including the Report by the Board of Directors, Financial Statements and the Corporate Governance Statement, is available at www.tieto.com/investors and as an attachment to this stock exchange release. The Corporate Governance Statement has been prepared in accordance with the Finnish Corporate Governance Code.                                      

Tieto’s Sustainability Report 2017, included in the annual report, is continuing the company’s integrated approach introduced last year and reflecting the increased interest towards corporate responsibility topics among all stakeholders.

Tieto’s Corporate Responsibility (CR) 2020 plan is focused around three long-term objectives: minimizing environmental impact, being an ethical forerunner, and creating value for all stakeholders, and is reflecting the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Sustainability Report 2017 has been assured by PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy.
