New CEO at Tilgin

Stockholm, Sweden, February 12, 2010: Tilgin, a leading provider of solutions for multiplay and next-generation broadband access, has announced that the Board of Directors at the board meeting on 11 February 2010 has decided to appoint Mats Victorin as new CEO for the company.

It is the Board’s view that the company has not shown a satisfactory development. The Board is fully convinced that Tilgin has a very competitive product portfolio and a leading position in a rapidly growing market. With over 20 years of international experience from leading positions in sales and marketing and executive positions in the IT and Telecom industry, including 13 years at Ericsson, the Board considers Mats to possess the qualities necessary to lead the company towards profitable growth. ”By appointing Mats Victorin we will have a CEO with a strong customer focus and an excellent understanding for the rapidly growing market.
