Tokmanni Group's Nomination Board to consist of representatives from Rockers Tukku, Cidron, ELO and Varma

Representatives of the four largest shareholders registered in Tokmanni Group's shareholder register as of September 1, 2017 are elected to the Shareholders' Nomination Board along with the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Harri Sivula, as an expert member.

The Nomination Board is responsible for preparing proposals covering the composition of the Board of Directors and remuneration of the Board members to the next Annual General Meeting.

According to the shareholder register, Tokmanni Group Corporation's four largest shareholders on September 1, 2017 were:

• Rockers Tukku Oy (9,236,825 shares and votes, or 15.69% of share capital and votes),
• Cidron Disco S.A.R.L. (8 952 301 shares and votes, or 15.21% of share capital and votes),
• Elo Pension Company (4,000,000 shares and votes, or 6,79% of share capital and votes), and
• Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company (3,393,252 shares and votes, or 5.76% of share capital and votes).
