A new main sub-supplier has been appointed, and 7 centers had been shipped by the end of 2006. TOMRA is on track for delivery of ~90 centers in second and third quarter 2007.

In Tokyo, TOMRA and Sumitomo Corporation now have a total of approximately 50 reverse vending machines installed in eight wards.  The project has attracted a lot of interest from Japanese media and new products tailored to the Japanese market are now being developed to accelerate sales.
